The Koestraat is a small street hidden behind Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein, full of the city’s most beautiful tereaces. De Kaasbar is a small bar that only serves cheese, combined with the best wines and is our personal favourite here. If you are into some tapas: La Vaca is also amazing!

3. De Gouverneur – a craft beer paradise

If you are into good beers, this is the place to be. Check out this place for a ‘biermenu’ (a flight of beers) with good explanations. The food and bites are relatively simple but good and not too expensive.

4. Student immersion at Fallstaff

The Fallstaff is always full of students, drinking a craft beer on their beautiful terrace in the center of Maastricht. Come here and look around at the Dutch student life!
